PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING POLICY

PURSUANT TO ART. 13 LEGISLATIVE DECREE 196/03 (“PRIVACY CODE”) AND TO THE ART. 13 OF THE EU REGULATION 2016/679 (“GDPR”)


  1. Pursuant to article 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 and art. 13 of the European Regulation n. 679/2016, we inform you that the processing of your personal data, including sensitive data, provided at the time of registration to the sport event/competition, will take place at the Data Controller, “PICO SPORT DI BOFFETTI LUCA” [c.f. BFF LCU 69R12A794X; VAT number: 04377090164], based in Strozza (BG), Via Roma n. 8, also using computerized procedures and through the website www.picosport.net.
  2. The processing of data, freely provided by you, will take place, with Your consent, in the ways and within the limits necessary to pursue the following purposes:
    1. execution of the obligations, directly and indirectly, deriving from the registration collection service, organization of sport events/competitions, timing and classifications, provided for the sport event/competition, to which you have registered;
    2. fulfillment of legal and fiscal obligations;
    3. processing of your data to communicate the organization and information on sport events/competitions, by ordinary mail and/or e-mail, telephone, SMS, MMS, fax and any other IT and telematic channel;
  3. The data may be disclosed to third parties to fulfill legal obligations or to comply with orders from Public authorities, or to exercise a right in any Court.
  4. The provision of data is optional; however, consent to the processing of data for the purposes referred to points 2a and 2b is necessary in order to participate to the sport event/competition in which you have registered. Otherwise it’s impossible to provide the requested service. A medical certificate is also required at the time of registration to be able to participate in the sport event/competition, which must be delivered/communicated to the organizer, subject to your consent, by uploading it directly to the Picosport website and/or by delivery to the Amateur Sports Association of which you are part or associated and/or by delivery to the shop that has collected your registration.
  5. Your data will be processed in accordance with the law, according to the principles of lawfulness, correctness and in order to protect its confidentiality.
  6. You may exercise your rights, as stated in article 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 and in art. 15 and ss. of the European Regulation n. 679/2016, addressing your requests to the Data Controller; more specifically you are entitled to:
    1. access your personal data;
    2. obtain a copy of the data being processed;
    3. request the rectification, updating and deletion of data, if incomplete, incorrect or collected in violation of the law;
    4. obtain the treatment limitation;
    5. receive in a structured format of common and legible use the data relating to you also for transmission to another Data Controller;
    6. object to the processing of your data for legitimate reasons;
    7. not be subjected to automated processing including “profiling”.
  7. Your data will be kept for the duration necessary to carry out the purposes referred to in point 2. of this privacy policy and in any case for a further maximum period of 10 years, for tax purposes only. At the end of this period, or at any time upon explicit and formal request from you, the data provided will be destroyed or returned to you.
  8. Your data may be disclosed to other parties, including those external to Picosport, operating on behalf of the Data Controller on the basis of specific contracts and assignments.
